Domestic Orders (Within Australia) 

We use Australia Post delivery within and around Australia.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Standard Shipping: 4-5 Business days (depending on locations)

Australian orders will be shipped between 3-5 business days. To help reduce our environmental impact orders are packed using eco-friendly recycled bags. 
We are happy to accommodate for express post if your items are urgent, please send a dm or email to arrange. 

Standard Shipping (0.0kg-5.0kg) $12.00

Heavy Goods Shipping (5.0kg- 20.0kg) $15.00 

International Orders

International shipping (0.0kg- 05.0kg) $45.00

Prices for international shipping can vary to remote locations.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered and that items can be delivered to this address. Items will not be refunded if they are sent to the incorrect address.

What to do if your order does not arrive

All items are sent with a tracking number, we suggest at all customers track their items to ensure they are delivered. Ra Ra Superstar is not liable for lost or stolen items once the parcel leaves our hands.

We do our very best to send items out as quickly as possible. However, if you do require something urgently please let us know via email mail@rarasuperstar.com.
