At Ra Ra Superstar, we carefully curate every piece and provide detailed descriptions, measurements and photographs to help you make an informed purchase.

As many of our items are one-of-a-kind vintage and designer pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Change of Mind

If your purchase isn't quite right, eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery may be exchanged for a Ra Ra Superstar store credit.

Store credit will be issued for the value of the item purchased, excluding shipping costs, and can be used on any future purchase. Store credits do not expire.

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we cannot guarantee that an alternative size, colour or replacement item will be available.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for store credit, items must be:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, perfume, deodorant, smoke or other odours will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Ra Ra Superstar reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Jewellery

• Lingerie and intimate garments

• Socks and hosiery

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

Vintage & Pre-Loved Pieces

Please note that many of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved and may show minor signs of age or wear. Any significant flaws will be clearly noted in the product description.

We encourage customers to review all photographs, measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
