During collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using tracked postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and parcel size.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, import fees and other charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events or peak shipping periods.

Ra Ra Superstar is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Ra Ra Superstar cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-sent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at mail@rarasuperstar.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist wherever possible.
